A Sheriff’s deputy conducting a probation compliance check in Yucca Valley Wednesday afternoon arrested the probationer who is accused of selling heroin. The deputy went to the 7400 block of Lucerne Vista just before 5 p.m. and contacted Timothy Burleson, 36. The deputy found both heroin and methamphetamine in Burleson’s possession, along with drug paraphernalia and a large amount of cash. Burleson allegedly admitted to selling the drugs to his friends. Timothy Burleson was arrested for investigation of possession of heroin for sales, booked into the Morongo Basin Jail, with his bail set at $50,000.
