A Yucca Valley man was arrested Thursday by the Auto Theft Task Force for possession of a stolen vehicle. According to booking records, Leroy Plum, 53, was arrested about 9 p.m. in the 56700 block of Sunset Avenue in Yucca Valley, for investigation of possession of a stolen vehicle, misdemeanor drug and vehicle warrants and suspicion of owning or operating a chop shop, a place where stolen vehicles are dismantled. Plum was booked into the Morongo Basin Jail with bail set at $120,000.
