A Yucca Valley man was arrested Wednesday, accused of threatening a woman. According to a Sheriff’s report, the woman went to a business in the 49700 block of Edison Lane in Morongo Valley about 8:30 a.m. and whispered to an employee to call 911. Deputies learned the woman had been arguing with Jesse Jimenez, 38. During the argument, the woman said Jimenez threatened to kill her and also threw her to the ground. After an investigation, deputies also located drugs and paraphernalia in his possession. Jesse Jimenez was arrested on suspicion of making criminal threats, and was booked into the West Valley Detention Center with his bail set at $50,000.
