A Yucca Valley man was arrested Thursday, accused of exposing himself. Neighbors said Winfield Hughett, 60, went to get his mail in the 7400 block of Church Street about 1:30 p.m., and while he was going through the mailboxes, he was exposing himself. Deputies found Hughett near his home in the Aztec Mobile Home Park. Winfield Hughett was arrested on suspicion of indecent exposure, booked into the Morongo Basin Jail for felony indecent exposure, which was later reduced to a misdemeanor.
