YUCCA VALLEY MAN ACCUSED OF IDENTITY THEFT

A Yucca Valley man was arrested on Friday, December 21, accused of felony identity theft. According to a Sheriff’s report, a Deputy contacted Brandon Doering, 28, to carry out a probation compliance check. During a search of Doering’s home, the Deputy located the personal identifying paperwork of numerous people. When questioned, Doering admitted to collecting the paperwork to make money off of it. Brandon Doering was arrested for investigation of forgery, receiving stolen property, and felony identity theft, and booked into the Morongo Basin Jail with his bail set at $225,000.
