A Yucca Valley man was arrested Monday, accused of domestic violence and resisting arrest. Deputies were called to the 55500 block of Desert Gold Drive in Yucca Valley about 5:45 p.m. Monday. The victim told deputies that Justin Dalley, 45, had put his hands around her throat and choked her. She said he told her that if he was going to go to jail it would be for murder. When deputies tried to detain him, he resisted and attempted to hit a deputy. Justin Dalley was eventually arrested for investigation of spouse abuse and resisting arrest, booked into the West Valley Detention Center, with his bail set at $50,000.
