A Yucca Valley man was arrested Tuesday in Joshua Tree, accused of being a drug dealer. About 8:20 p.m., deputies saw a man walking in the westbound emergency lane of Highway 62 near Sherwood Road and a woman leaning through the driver’s side window of a gray pick-up truck stopped nearby. The driver of the truck, later identified as Keith Webb, 30, gave the deputies consent to search his vehicle. Deputies located syringes loaded with suspected heroin, used, empty needles, drug paraphernalia, and cash. Keith Webb was arrested for investigation of possession of a controlled substance for sales, booked into the Morongo Basin Jail, with his bail set at $50,000.
