A Yucca Valley man was arrested Monday, accused of burglary. Deputies received a 911 call from the 7200 block of Scarvan Road in Yucca Valley about 10 a.m., where, after an investigation, they arrested Richard Bell, 28, for investigation of burglary. Richard Bell was booked into the West Valley Detention Center with his bail set at $25,000.
