The Yucca Valley Library offers programs for children up to age 5. Tuesday mornings at 11 a.m. is preschool story time for children ages 3 to 5. The story time promotes a love of reading and provides an opportunity for socialization as children listen to stories, sing songs and construct a simple craft. Totally Toddlers is 11 a.m. Wednesdays and encourages parent/toddler interaction with songs, stories, and crafts. Tiny Hoppers is a program for active toddlers and is held Thursdays at 11 a.m. Toddlers will sing fun songs and play with props before winding down with favorite stories.
