The Yucca Valley library will hold a Halloween party this Monday, October 26, from 4 to 5 p.m. There will be a costume parade and candy and crafts for children 13 and under, along with reading scary stories and Halloween music. The library is located in the community center complex on Dumosa Avenue in Yucca Valley.
