The Yucca Valley library was broken into sometime Tuesday night. At midnight Tuesday, a cleaning crew arrived to find that a rock had been used to smash the east door of the library to gain entry. Missing was a clear plastic donation box from the library’s main counter, with about $85 inside. Anyone with information is asked to call the Sheriff’s department at 760-366-4175.
