The Yucca Valley High School Trojan football team will play its 50th annual homecoming game on Trojan field tonight. The undefeated Trojans will play the Desert Mirage Rams, who are 1-and-4. Prior to the game, the Route 62 Cruisers will hold a classic car show in front of the school’s library Friday from 3 to 4 p.m. And at halftime, the homecoming court will be driven onto the field in some of the classic cars. The school’s Culinary Club will cook up tailgate food as a fundraiser. The Class of 1969 offers free admission to its classmates who attend the game.
