The Yucca Valley High School Theatre Company opens its spring musical, “The Emperor’s New Clothes,” Wednesday, May 8, for five performances through May 11 at the school’s multi-purpose room. Curtain time is 6 p.m. all four nights with an added matinee on Saturday at 1 p.m. Director Scott Phillips says this fun loving, family oriented production will have you smiling the whole way through! Tickets are only $5 for adults, $4 for students and kids under age 12 are free. As a special treat the Thursday performance is “Elementary Night” meaning all admission is FREE! the YVHS students always put a lot of effort into their productions so plan on supporting these student thespians and see “The Emperor’s New Clothes.”
