In Yucca Valley High School tennis, Mckenzi Monical and Rylie Rohr played Montclair from the Mt. Baldy League at the CIF girls’ tennis individuals at Claremont Club in Claremont Monday. Coach Cindy Miller said the girls battled in the first set but came up short 2-6. Three of the points went to deuce. They played another set and lost 0-6.
Miller said they had a great season together, “I am very proud of both girls. It was a pleasure to coach both these girls and watch the girls improve throughout the season.”
