A Yucca Valley High School senior has been named the recipient of a $500 Gladys Carol Scholarship this year. Bryant Pahl of Yucca Valley was chosen to receive the scholarship while he pursues his STEM degree in Physics at UC Santa Barbara. Pahl was selected due to his academic excellence and for his strong sense of civic duty. Pahl will be recognized and receive a certificate of scholarship from The Gladys Carol Scholarship Program at the Yucca Valley High School Awards Night on May 20.
