YUCCA VALLEY HIGH SCHOOL SOCCER LOSES TO DESERT HOT SPRINGS

Yucca Valley High School boys’ soccer played at home against Desert Hot Springs High School yesterday, and lost 6-0. Coach Jorge Rodriguez said, “We battled all game long, all of our student-athletes put in a great effort, but it was not enough.”

Player of the game was junior captain goalkeeper Landon Gradilla. Gradilla had 10 saves and is described as a real leader on the team who leads by example.
