YUCCA VALLEY HIGH SCHOOL FOOTBALL TEAM TAKES A LOSS

The Yucca Valley High School Trojans football team lost in a tough battle versus Coachella Valley Friday night, 34-25. Coach JD Thompson said standouts on offense were wide receiver Albert Montes-Reyes and running back Caleb Robinson. Defensive standouts were linebacker Yayten Shartel and defensive backs Jesse Meza and Junior Rodriguez. Their current record is 1-3. Next week the Trojans play Banning High School in their second league game.
