Coach Matt Jennings said the varsity’s league record is now 7-7 and it’s now in fourth place. A playoff spot maybe theirs, but will depend on the final league standings after the regular season is finalized Friday night.
Leading scorers for varsity were: Elijah Roy, 20 points and two assists; Noah Roy netted 13 points and eight rebounds; Anthony Olvera made 12 points and nine rebounds.
Junior varsity’s league record is now 9-5. Top scorers were Tua Kakalia, 10 points, nine rebounds; Aidan Gamboa, 10 points, three rebounds; Kaden Bailey, seven points, three assists; and Marcos Jimenez with 13 rebounds.
