Families and residents are invited to attend the annual community health and resource fair in Yucca Valley Saturday, May 11. The event will include free health screenings, a kids’ zone, a new teen zone, a free heathy lunch, drawings and giveaways. More than 40 community organizations will be on hand with information about resources available in the Morongo Basin. The health fair is sponsored by the Town of Yucca Valley and Morongo Basin Healthcare District and will be held at the Yucca Valley Community Center Saturday, May 11, from 10 a.m. to 2 pm.
