The Yucca Valley Chamber of Commerce has announced the winners for the Grubstake Days parade, held Saturday. Taking first place in the dance category was the Star Twirlers Square Dance club, and first place in the band category went to Yucca Valley High School. Vintage Iron Tractors were first in the motorized division, and in the equestrian category first place went to Princeton and Petrus. Gunfighters for Hire took first in the float category. Yucca Mesa Elementary School was named first in the youth category, and in the novelty division, Gutenberg and Niethamer Pediatric Dentists were first.
