Yucca Valley High School golfers Gauge Kime and Josh Pierce traveled to Riverside Monday to compete in the 2019 CIF Individual Regional Championship with 110 other golfers from Southern California Section competed in an 18-hole, one-day tournament at Canyon Crest Country Club. Josh Pierce posted a score of 92 and Gauge Kime carded a score 96.
Coach Jeff Evans said, “Both golfers gained valuable experience that should translate to the CIF Team Championship next week in Chino Hills. Both Gauge and Josh really enjoyed the opportunity to compete against some of the best golfers in Southern California.”
