YUCCA VALLEY GOLF EXTENDS CONSECUTIVE WIN STREAK TO 11

In High School Sports, the Yucca Valley High School golf team defeated the Banning Broncos, 224-336. The Yucca Valley golf team is now 16-1 on the season and they are 8-0 in Desert Valley League play.   The Trojans extended their consecutive win streak to 11 matches. According to Coach Jeff Evans, “The high winds and cold temperatures were definitely a challenge for both teams. I’m really proud that our players stayed focus despite the conditions. It’s really rewarding to watch our players compete at a very high level.” Low rounds of the day were carded by Gauge Kime (40) and Josh Pierce (42).
