YUCCA VALLEY GIRLS’ SOCCER DEFEATS WEST SHORES HIGH SCHOOL

Yucca Valley High School girls’ soccer put it to West Shores yesterday, winning 11-0.

Head Coach Jolene Pessa said the girls really came together, showing their growth and motivation as a team. 

“Our teamwork and communication allowed us to dominate the field. It is our goal to continue to perform at our best and improve our skills as the season progresses.” 

With the support of the team Rylee Nutter achieved her second hat trick of the year.

Goals were scored by Rylee Nutter (4); Hayley McGinness (1); Nicole Godoy (2); Kaylee Maravales (1); McKenna Larson (1); Evelyn Villalva (1); Amanda Cruz (1).

Assists were made by Rylee Nutter (1); Macey DeCicco (1); Nicole Godoy (1); Kaylee Maraveles (1); Eden Ricketts (1); McKenna Larson (1); Amanda Cruz (1); Haley Jackson (1).
