A Yucca Valley man was arrested Monday after he was found with drugs, ammunition, and body armor. According to a Sheriff’s report, probation officers served a search warrant at the home of Albert Villareal, 25, in the 7600 block of Cherokee Trail in Yucca Valley. During the search, officers found methamphetamine, ammunition, and body armor. Albert Villareal was arrested for investigation of being a felon in possession of body armor, violating the terms of his probation, and on a warrant for robbery, booked into the Morongo Basin Jail, with his bail set at $100,000.
