Yucca Valley Boys Soccer finished up season with away game at Desert Hot Springs

The Yucca Valley High School Boys Soccer team played an away game at Desert Hot Springs High School on Wednesday night. 

Varsity lost 3 to 1. The Trojan’s goal was scored by Junior Midfielder Adrian Tamayo by way of a penalty kick.

Goalkeepers Graham Gradilla and Bruce Burch played a very good game and our defense led by Senior Anthony Morando kept us in the game. 

Coach Jorge Rodriguez named Senior William Armstong as player of the game for his leadership and his “team first” attitude.

Junior Varsity Lost 3 to 1, our goal was scored by Damian Maldonado by way of a penalty kick, our defense led by freshman Aaron Cristanelli played tough and Goalkeepers Tim Wahlberg and Taj Ladhar also had a very good game. 

Damian Maldonado was named player of the game for his effort and positive attitude.

Last night’s game was the last of the season for the boys Trojan soccer team.
