The Yucca Valley Airport District Board of Directors will meet at 6:30 tonight in the Joshua Tree Room of the Yucca Valley Community Center. On the agenda, the directors will hold a public hearing on whether to conduct an election to impose and levy a new tax on residents in the airport district. The directors will then vote on the new tax, and whether to conduct a mail-in election.
