YUCAIPA MAN FOUND WITH DRUGS, BURGLARY TOOLS

A Yucaipa man was arrested early Monday morning, after a deputy found drugs and burglary tools in his car. According to a Sheriff’s report, a deputy stopped a silver Honda Civic about 1:30 a.m. at Highway 62 and Church Street in Yucca Valley for driving with its bright lights on. The driver, Randall Carter, 28, was on parole from the Department of Corrections, and so the deputy searched the car and found black tar heroin, lock picks, bolt cutters, and a pry bar. Randall Carter was arrested for investigation of possession of narcotics and possession of burglary tools, booked at West Valley Detention Center, and is being held without bail.
