XERISCAPING COURSE OFFERED BY JOSHUA BASIN WATER DISTRICT

The Joshua Basin Water District is offering a free workshop on xeriscaping, which can reduce the amount of water used in your garden. Xeriscaping is the process of landscaping in a manner that dramatically reduces or completely eliminates the need for irrigation. By using California native plants in your garden, and placing them strategically, it is possible to minimize your water use, saving money and staying within the state’s drought guidelines. The Joshua Basin Water Districts class will be held on Tuesday (March 15) online via Zoom, from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. The workshop is completely free, but attendees must register online at the link below by Sunday (March 13).

To register for the online class, please email your name and phone number to [email protected]
