A renowned classical pianist will give a solo concert Saturday in an intimate and friendly setting. Richard Bishop of Yucca Valley has his master’s degree from Julliard School of Music, and has performed with Isaac Stern and Itzhak Perlman, and in concert halls in Russia, Asia, Brazil, and the United States. Bishop will play Mozart, Schubert, Mozart, and Chopin during the concert, which is set for 2:30 p.m. Saturday, October 14, at Desert Hills Presbyterian Church, 56750 Mountain View Trail in Yucca Valley. Tickets are $10 at the door.
