The Colorado River Basin Regional Water Quality Control Board will discuss and solicit input to revise the septic tank discharge prohibition for the Town of Yucca Valley. The amendment will combine Phases 2 and 3 into a single Phase 2, extend the overall deadlines for the prohibition, identify additional deferred parcels, and make other changes needed for consistency, clarity, and accuracy. Staff will provide an overview of the draft amendment, and there will be an opportunity for comment from stakeholders and members of the public. The meeting, which starts at 9 a.m., will be online only.
