A traffic stop in Wonder Valley Friday (April 15) resulted in an arrest after a large amount of Marijuana was found. A Sheriff’s Press release said at about 8:23 p.m, Deputy conducted a traffic stop on Amboy Road near Wades Road in the Wonder Valley area for a vehicle code violation. During investigation, it was discovered the driver, Frank Fuentes-Padron of Las Vegas was traveling with about 128lbs of processed marijuana in the vehicle. The marijuana was packaged in 81 bags with an estimated street value of the marijuana for sale is $128,000. Frank Fuentes-Padron was arrested and booked into the Morongo Basin Jail for investigation of Transportation of Marijuana. The Marijuana was seized as evidence and his vehicle was towed.
