We have limited information about a woman’s body that was found in a vacant lot in Yucca Valley Tuesday evening. Sheriff’s Detective Jacob Naylor said the badly decomposed body was found about 8:30 p.m. west of Avalon Avenue near Barron Drive by someone out for a walk. The county coroner has taken over the investigation and neither the woman’s identity, or the cause of death have been released yet.
