WOMAN WITH NEARLY $1.5 MILLION IN WARRANTS ARRESTED IN LANDERS

A Yucca Valley woman with seven arrest warrants of nearly $1.5 million dollars was arrested Friday morning, accused of petty theft. According to a Sheriff’s report, a man and a woman went to the Dollar General store in Landers just before noon Friday and allegedly left without paying for several items. After an investigation, two suspects matching their description, later identified as Bree Lewis, 25, and Mark Kislow, 54, were arrested on suspicion of petty theft. Mark Kislow was cited and released. Bree Lewis, however, has four warrants for theft and burglary, two drug-related warrants, and a warrant for driving under the influence and driving without a license. Bree Lewis was booked at the Morongo Basin Jail with her bail set at $1,460,000.
