Beginning this Friday and running into November, the Town’s Recreation Department will be screening family-friendly movies in the courtyard of the Yucca Valley Community Center.
This week, the Town will be showing “Wish,” a musical comedy about the magical kingdom of Rosa, where Asha, a sharp-witted idealist, makes a wish so powerful that it is answered by a cosmic force–a little ball of boundless energy called Star.
The screenings will be held this Friday and the next five Fridays at the community center.

The shows begin at 6:30 p.m., and doors open at 6 p.m.
