Here’s your chance to enjoy the historic atmosphere of Broadview Hacienda, the former home of Twentynine Palms pioneers Bill and Prudie Underhill, founders of the Desert Trail. The Twentynine Palms Historical Society is sponsoring the third annual Desert Chic Wine and Cheese social on Saturday, April 9, from 4:30 to 7:30 at the historic residence with fabulous 360 degree views. Tickets are a minimum of $25 for historical society members; $30 for nonmembers, and are available at the Old Schoolhouse Museum and the Chamber of Commerce. Attire is desert casual to the nines.
