Theatre 29’s 2019 season will be announced at a Morongo Basin Chambers of Commerce mixer at Theatre 29 this Wednesday, September 19, at 5 p.m. Not only will the season’s shows be revealed, but the directors for each production will have actors and singers perform excerpts from each of the selected shows. The season will include both classic and newer Broadway musicals: two classic dramas, one comedy, and a themed holiday musical, plus summer youth theater, improv comedy and more. This will be the first opportunity for theatre lovers to purchase the 2019 season tickets which include all the mainstage productions and one performance by the “Bakers’ Dozen” improv troupe. One very lucky attendee will win a pair of the season tickets at the event. Come enjoy the unveiling and the performances as well as soft drinks and deli delights, served by Theatre 29 volunteers. Maybe you’ll win a prize that will last the entire theatre season.
