Williams Insurance Service is celebrating its 80th anniversary this year.
Established by Twentynine Palms pioneer Bill Hatch in 1937, the business was taken over by Don Williams, and then his son-in-law Jerry Mattos, before Dee Richhart took over in 2004. Williams Insurance, the Morongo Basin’s largest insurance agency, has office locations in Twentynine Palms, Yucca Valley, and a third branch in Santa Clarita. Available services include commercial insurance, Medicare, Covered California health insurance, vehicle registration, and vehicle history reports.
