The Twentynine Palms High School boys’ varsity tennis team hosted the Broncos of Banning on Wednesday (March 23). The Wildcats won 17 to 1. In singles action, Rian Kines swept all three of his sets. Damian Contreras won both of his sets. Jason Pilayan swept all three of his sets. In doubles action, the team of Hunter Branch and Arnulfo Moncada swept all three of their sets. The team of Lake Gordon and Jordan Johnson swept all three of their sets. The team of Brayden Chambers and Luke Bowers won two of their sets. The Wildcats are now 2-3 and face Coachella Valley away on Monday (March 28) and Desert Mirage at home on Wednesday (March 30).
