Twentynine Palms High School Swim Team traveled to meet the Mighty Arabs at Coachella Valley High School with the Wildcats winning their second swim meet. The ladies won 111 to 54 and the men won 103 to 50.
The Wildcats had four CIF consideration times: Girls’ 200-yard medley relay team of Taylor Scamman, Jacqueline Ford, Hailey Beck and Madi Soster with a time of 2:16.41; Aiden Sullivan received a CIF-consideration time in the 50-yard free style with a time of 23.96, and Taylor Scamman in the 100-yard free style with her time of 1:08.46. The girls’ 200-yard free relay team of Madi Soster, Pez Zuniga, Jacqueline Ford and Taylor Scamman received a faster consideration time of 2:00.93. Come and support the swim team at their next meet on Wednesday March 13 at Luckie Park; it’s free to the public.
