Today we interview Shannon Peukert, a junior at Yucca Valley High School. Who is the prominent woman you interviewed, and what did you learn from her?
“I had interviewed my prominent woman, Kori Cody. I learned from her that goals and dreams are easy to accomplish. Since she had accomplished all her goals at a young age, that has inspired me to accomplish my dreams while I can.”
What have you learned from your experienced with Miss Yucca Valley?
“I have learned maturity and gaining respect for myself and others while being on Miss Yucca Valley. Being on Miss Yucca Valley has also taught me to be more outgoing with my presence.”
Any final words?
“This experience has taught me so much, it has turned me into a better person for the good and for my future.”
