Today we visit with Aerielle Burnet, a junior at Joshua Springs Christian School and a candidate for Miss Yucca Valley. Hi, Aerielle. Tell us, who is the prominent woman interviewed, and what you have learned?
My prominent lady is Dawne Edwards. She is from Yucca Valley and is a very hard-working nurse. She has taught me that I should never lose sight of who I am and what I believe in.
What have you learned from your experience with Miss Yucca Valley?
What I have learned from Miss Yucca Valley is to never be afraid to share my opinion. I overcame my shyness, as well as to set a good example for other junior girls.
Any final words?
I recommend all those sophomore girls out there to think of Miss Yucca Valley as an option for next year. It is the best experience I have gone through, getting to know every girl, having a blast, learning how to dance. As well as sharing my love for the Lord. Hope you all can come out and support each girl. See you there.
