At a watercolor collage workshop, participants will use watercolor paints, mats, glue, brushes, and more to create mosaics, collages, or greeting cards. Participants will learn how refractured watercolor and collage work, gluing tips, and composition and piece positioning. The workshop is set for Saturday, August 19, from 2 to 5 p.m. The class fee is $50. Space is limited; to register, call 760-418- 5170.
