The mixture of water and politics will be the topic of a lecture sponsored by the Mojave Water Agency. “Muddying the Water: Mixing Water and Politics” will discuss some of the history of water wars in California, and whether an upcoming water bill will solve water problems. Presenters will also discuss how state water politics affect the Mojave Desert and its water supply. The lecture will be held Tuesday, September 24, at 5:30 at the Mojave Water Agency, 13846 Conference Center Drive in Apple Valley.
