The Hi-Desert Water District Public Advisory Committee will meet Monday to hear a presentation on the wastewater reclamation facility’s basis of design. The basis of design provides the engineers with the district’s initial requirements and recommendations for the wastewater reclamation facility’s design and construction. The meeting is set for 5 p.m. Monday in district offices at Inca Trail and the highway in Yucca Valley.
