The Warren Valley Basin Watermaster board of directors will meet today. The board will approve a budget for 2015-2016, and will hear the annual report. The meeting will be held at 6 p.m. in the board room of the Hi-Desert Water District at Inca Trail and the Highway in Yucca Valley.
