“Nazis & Nudists,” a memoir by Z1077’s own reporter and weekend news anchor David Haldane, continues to garner awards; most recently as a nonfiction finalist in the 2017 McGrath House Indie Book Awards. Unlike in most literary contests, however, the ultimate winners in this one are determined not by a panel of judges, but by a vote of the public.
