Destiny Hospice is recruiting volunteers to visit patients here in the Hi-Desert. Volunteers provide respite for the patients’ caregivers, or simply spend time visiting with the patient. Volunteers receive 20 hours of training prior to being assigned patients, and must be willing to commit to spending two to four hours a week with patients.
