The Joshua Tree Veterans of Foreign Wars Post $7264 will hold its fourth annual poker run Saturday, September 24. The ride is open to all riders and vehicles. Registration begins at 9 a.m., and the ride leaves at 10. The cost is $25 per person, or $30 per couple, and $5 for an extra hand. The event will include live music and a barbecue lunch. Prizes will be awarded for first, second, and third-best hands, as well as the worst hand. Proceeds will help Veterans Helping Veterans, and active-duty military and their families.
