The 29 Palms Rotary Club is making plans to bring a Springtime Carnival to Luckie Park from March 24 -27. Rotary President Liz Meyer says the weekend promises to be filled with rides for all ages, food vendors, games, and lots of fun. Vendors are encouraged to contact the 29 Palms Rotary Club at [email protected] for an application. Presale wristbands for the rides will be available closer to the event. Proceeds from the Rotary Carnival fund scholarships for high school seniors, support for Copper Mountain College, High School sports, and elementary school book giveaways. The 29 Palms Rotary Club also supports the Theatre 29 Youth Theater, The Historical Society, and the Community Food Pantry. For more information about the local Rotary Club go to www.rotary29.org.
