Two vehicles just a few doors apart were burglarized in Joshua Tree sometime Tuesday night. According to a Sheriff’s report, two residents in the 60700 block of Mirada Trail went out to their cars parked in their driveways between 6 and 6:30 a.m. One resident discovered that a window in her car had been broken and two purses left in her car were missing. A neighbor a few houses down noticed two purses in his driveway, and then noticed that his vehicle had also been broken into, but nothing appeared to be missing. The first victim identified the purses as hers. Anyone with information should call the Sheriff’s Department at 760-366-4175.
